Crown InfoLink Mobile

InfoLink is a Crown product that offers fleet management and data analytics by connecting through modules to the InfoLink system. The product provides the customers insight into their operations that can lead to improvements to productivity and safety. The InfoLink Mobile App is a small component of this large system with the targeted user of floor supervisors.

Design Thinking and Experience Lead

Research

I came onto the InfoLink design team after majority of the initial research was completed. However, the team prides itself in its design thinking practices, so I got to continue participating and conducting new research even after I started. As we concepted new features, I continued to empathize, frame, ideate, prototype, test, and learn.

Concepting

With the users in mind and the research at hand, I would rapidly develop a prototype using our liftkit system. These prototypes aren't pixel perfect but allow for me to brainstorm content and interfaces that'll best serve the user.

Development

Throughout the development phase for the InfoLink Mobile App, I worked with a team of software engineers to implement and create the mobile app. In our agile process, we learned, iterated, and improved our development. We gained insights from the field tests at our customer sites to continue to enhance the product for our customers.
